Ingredients

  • 6 Medium Carrots
  • 3 tbsp Tablespoons Butter
  • 3 tbsp Wisconsin Pure Maple Syrup
  • ½ tsp Ground Ginger

Instructions

  1. Slice carrots and steam until tender-firm. Melt butter. Add maple syrup and ginger to butter. Simmer carrots, uncovered, in this mixture until liquid is reduced and carrots are glazed.
